Meet 11am at Countryside Centre. Andy Richardson will lead the seniors around their respective course. It will be a slow steady run, and not a race, giving you the chance to familiarise yourself with the course and test it out. Also it would be good for those who will be marshalling on race day to come along, you can always bike around and follow the runners.
Meet at cafe after for some refeshments.
